Licence not received

Hi,

I paid for an ad free licence for Dolphin and have not received my licence yet. It doesn't appear in my shopping history although I have a PayPal receipt.

Can somebody please tell me where my licence is? I have emailed but have received no reply...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
