I'm concerned with the legal aspects of my users uploading music on my site.
What is the point of a music upload feature if people are likely to be sued for uploading the most popular songs on the radio? Songs that people would actually want to hear.
My site is not going to be a "myspace" so I know the original artists are not going to upload to the my website for me.
Any suggestions on what other people are doing that is legal?
Also, how do I disable the music feature I know people are most likely going to upload copyrighted music I'd rather just avoid it and just turn this feature off.
