Leader's board box staying collapsed

I'm having an issue with my leaders board box on the front page.  It is staying collapsed and will not show anything.  When I click on different modes of leaders (male/female/all) I can see the circle loading picture but the box itself is collapsed and only shows Leaders text and nothing else.  Anyone know what I can do to fix this, I've replaced the new indexpageview file several times, cleared everything and tried on different browsers.

Is there anything else that controls the leader's board showing besides the css and scripts/bxbaseindex.php?  I'm really at a loss at what's causing this issue for myself.
