Leader Board

How does a members profile (their photos) get onto the leader board? Just be being active in forums and such or?

when someone(members) clicks on their profile "Please Rate This Profile" block

in order for this to work members need more than three votes, there is a topic here about how to set the level different, to perhaps a lower number. I did it long ago for one site and it works. Do a search...
