Languaje error

Hi, i have installed the Dolphin 6.1.6, it is working fine, but i can´t put translation working. i have made 2 things. 1 i have made a new languaje from admin/advanced/languaje i copied the english one and made the translation in the file one per one of the lines, after compiled the languaje i put it like default site languaje and it do not work, every thing is in english. 2 i have downloaded an MySQL script with the spanish languaje. i run it and it create the languaje in the database, i can see it in the admin panel and every word is in spanish, i have it compiled and as default site languaje and sttill appearing everithing in english. In both cases i can see the Costa Rica spanish languaje flag on the top of the site, but when i click it it do not make any changes. Some body knows why it happens or maybe has some similar experience.
