Language problems

How can enable the dolphin to display the text with special characters like "ç" and "á ê õ" etc?

Usually enable the utf-8 in the html is the solution, but still could not solve the problem. I do not know what file change.

You need to upload a complete language file via phpMyAdmin to do this.  Do not overwrite/change the current one as it will just change back when you hit compile language or do anything else that compiles the language. 

nd if anyone knows the site of boonex have some tutorial teaching? I am afraid to ruin the programming of the Dolphin.
