Language is delete site not work now

Hello, i delete english language accident and now my site not work even i have tere my own language when i delete that english language  my site stop working and there is this message Fatal error: Cannot apply localization.

So w i can get back that english language there and why my own language not work there site?

i put that language there langs folder and upload that folder but still not work.

My dolphin version is 7.0.9

Default (English) language restoration procedure:

1. Upload /install/ folder from the original zip which version matcher your site version (for this case 7.0.9, old versions can be found here)

2. Open the following URL:

http://your-site-domain.com/path-to-dolphin/install/?action=compile_languages

3. Delete install folder

4. Recompile modules language files from

7.0: Dolphin Admin Panel -> Tools -> Modules

7.1: Dolphin Admin Panel -> Modules -> Add & Manage
