Language file: language mistake?

I'm little comfused here, I was surfing through the D7-RC language file. I came across this

'_You have blocked by this profile' => 'You have blocked by this profile',

Is the sentence correct?

I was thinking it should be ( You have been blocked by this profile' ) or I'm missing something?

If Í'm right can someone help to inform the Boonex team.
