If I upgrade from version 6.1.4 to version 6.1.5 do I need to have any concerns about the working language translations? What about from Version 6.1.5 to version 7.0 are those the same language translations/files as well?

Also, is it possible to install the new "donation version" of dolphin in a separate subdomain on a TLD for testing & preparation with languages, customizations, etc .... followed by later transferring this new improved version to where the now current version (another subdomain on the same TLD) currently resides? (old DB would remain the same, but I'd delete the old dolphin version from the current subdomain completely, before "replacing" it with the new and improved dolphin donation version. Could this cause a potential problem with the licenses? Both are paid unlimited ...
