Language Files-location?

WHere are the language files located? I want to upload files from a prior install that had many changes to  basic install.

That is what I don't get...the database uploaded...profiles are there...but what happened to all of the language changes I made....

Just a thought - I'm assuming you did a full database structure and content but the languages didn't restore?  Maybe you could go to your old system, save the individual languge string tables (in tool/database backup), then restore those from the Dolphin database backup tools.  Make sure you do a database backup of your new system before you do this so you don't lose the progress you have made.

That is worth a try...I'll have to redirect to be able to get in tho...but should save me some time if it works.

The language stings tables did not restore any of your language strings?  Look in the table and see what is in it - you must have restored something.

I just double-checked through phpmyadmin...they are showing when I browse....(quick way to tell is to look at the copyright)...but it is NOT showing in my site...still the same underscore stuff.

Ok...so I go into the string through Dolphin admin (which is already there and changed in the database) and add a space after it so that it will allow it to compile when I save...and it saves and updates.

So you have to do this for each and every string?

Also tried to compile in ORCA, thought that might update the strings, but it didn't.

That is the freakiest thing...this Dolphin. So I updated ONE string (with a space) that was already there...now all of the strings have been updated. WOW...scary stuff this Dolphin.....

some times I think I'am into a ghosthouse.... one moment things are not working then next day it works again.... aiaiaiaiaiaiaiiiiii... :)
