Language

I'm taking a college course about business communications and one of the topics is about sexist language. BoonEx is all about community and they should want to maintain equality.

I noticed on the "Create Group" page of Dolphin 7 when setting the privacy settings for the group, for "Join Confirmation" there is an info float that says

If enabled then group admin(s) will have to confirm each user before he becomes a fan.

Perhaps it should be changed to "he/she" or "they"

I know I can change this myself, but BoonEx is supposed to be about community. They should fix this themselves.

It's about "he" - the "member" or "user" both are grammatically of masculin gender.. no sexism here.. just replace "he" with "the member" or "the user" and you'll see what I mean..

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
