Key No etc ?

Hi guys,

I hope you're all well ?

I downloaded Dolphin yeterday and installed etc but I don't have a key no to ener to get the chat etc installed?  I have looked everywhere and also in my licence in here but there isnt anything there?!

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong, as I had to buy this advanced package just to ask the question lol

Go to your unity account to get a license.

1) Click here. http://www.boonex.com/unity/id/account

2) Click on My Licenses or click here for a direct link. My Licenses

3) Click on Get Free Licenses, and it will generate a license for you which will show up on your licenses page.


Now log into your dolphin admin section from the back door. http://www.yourdomain.com/administration/

After logon it will prompt for your key, enter it there.

I thought that was the case but in the box below (get premium) it is totally empty?  I have been looking there for hours and it's always empty

Ive noticed it always says "done but with errors on page" bottom right

What on earth are you looking at? The words Get Premium do not exist on the licences page. So you must not be in the right spot. Post a screen shot of what you're looking at.

And use Firefox. This site does not function at it's best with IE.

Perhaps this will help. This is where you get a new license.

Ok. thats a problem. The page should not be showing like that. I also cannot explain it. Looks like someone from the boonex staff is going to have to explain that one.

But just in case this is a browser issue, which i do not think it is, try firefox. It works best here. To many javescript problems on this site which screw up IE half the time.

Try it with a different (up to date) web browser.
