Just about given up - im baffled!?

This software has major problems I hold a prime licence. So I'm going to list them here I'm usually very good with servers and run many for many projects in the past. Here is the problems with Dolphin 7.1.6

1. You can not login to admin panel on firefox or chrome. You can with Microsoft Edge.

2. I cant load flash apps panel on my admin. Everytime I do I get (loading error) I have RMS installed correctly and running and all my directories have the correct permissions. I cant get out of this one??? I really don't understand what I can do next to get rid of error loading as I cant setup RMS in admin panel nor can I get forums up on my main page as it says page not found.

I was thinking on installing 7.2 beta but all I'm seeing on the forum is disaster with it so I'm unsure whether or not to scrap my project until another couple of years when something stable is around.

My server I'm using is a dedicated server with the following.

Operating system: Linux Centos 6.6

Control Panel: Webuzo/Softaculous

Processor: Intel E3 3.2ghz - 8 core processors for extra performance

Memory: 32GB

hard disk: 2x 2TB

Banwidth: 250mbs

All the correct software is installed on my system. I just don't get it!

It sounds like Dolphin either wan't correctly installed, or there's an issue with the setup. If you don't mind sending me access, I can take a closer look for you.

Thanks for offering to help. But ive decided I will wait it out until a stable version of Dolphin is released. Its plagued with problems from https to flash. Ive decided to use the server for a different project instead.

Bit of luck dolphin creates a fantastic version of 7.2 stable. I cant be dealing with errors in apps all the time it becomes a nightmare when you have to move to a larger server if you outgrow as even more errors could be created.

Dolphin 7.1.6 is very stable. There's clearly an issue with the install or the server not meeting requirements, as those problems are not there in a normal install and setup. If you'd like, I can check over your server to make sure it meets requirements and also install a fresh copy of Dolphin to ensure it's issue-free. If you'd like to take me up on the offer, just send me a PM.

I have to agree with Nathan Paton. The current version is quite stable.

The issues your describing are not there in a normal install.

A also agree the issue has to be either that of a improper install, or the server is not meeting all of dolphins requirements.

Sadly your blaming dolphin for something that is clearly not a problem with dolphin itself.

Robbie, I was having all of the same issues, if not worse.  I suspect you're having host/server issues, like I was.  I moved to Zarconia.net and it's been awesome.

Also, I would accept whatever help Nathan is willing to provide.  He's seriously awesome and has been helping me all day long.

Sent him details. Hopefully he can work his magic and I will gladly return a favour in passing on his hosting company details to my friends and email list.

Forgive me if I come across frustrated I am juggling 2 projects at the moment I'm very new to dolphin I also got another server with a service very similar to etsy being built that I'm hoping to get up and running by September 1st. So I need a holiday to Bahamas I guess.

Love the support on these forums its excellent.
