If you want to add some code in head tag. You have to add it in _header.html file

If the you have a custom template and template/tmpl_customtemplate/_header.html exist then add your code there else in tempaltes/base/_header.html.

And don't forget to clear your cache.

You may have to skip that load jquery line. Dolphin already includes jquery so including it again could break the site so nothing on it works.
