Dear Mr Boonex......

The chat module and COMPLETE lack of support for it is by far your products weakest point... I dont think you need me to point this out and the fact that if you do not come up with a better solution you will never grow into the big player in ths field that you wish to be......

My chat rooms have dissapeared yet again... Now i have to go into my database, delete them and then build them again... then wait another month for them to dissapear again...

PLEASE.... PLEASE... PLEASE... fix the chat module or replace it or get some kind of support for it....

probably wait for dolphin 8 which will bring new chat module. Expect around 2013 or 2014  

If they dont fix this and the other problems with dolphin 7. I dont think there will be a boonex in 2014 to have a dolphin 8 because they will loose the race to become a market leader.

dont get me wrong... i have learned to appreciate dolphin, but there are BASIC fundamental flaws like the chat module.... If rayzzzzz is not going to support it and fix bugs etc with revisions then GET ANOTHER CHAT MODULE for dolphin.....

If an equivelant CMS with a better chat module comes along this place will become a ghost town..

 well I have to agree with you about the chat room. Compared to other chat rooms / brands the current Dolphin one does lack a lot of features and have a lot of bugs.

Would be great to see Rayz re-make the chat bearing in mind that this is the main feature for a lot of sites

well i think the whole flash thing should be removed, there are many other options available for a chat. You all said you will be supporting dolphin 7 for long and dolphin 8 in not near then why don't boonex replace the chat with a new one and if possible not flash as many people can't even edit those files.

Well.... Roger me with a freakin raddish.... My chat rooms have come back all by themsekves today... This is like the dolphin triangle... be afraid... be very affraid.....
