Join form shows "Loading..." forever after submit

I just installed dolphin, but have years of experience using it. After I installed it and did some minor cosmetic changes, I tried testing the registration form. It doesn't work. It just shows "Loading..." forever after submitting. 

The only fields I have are Username, Full Name, Password, Birthday and Email just to take everything that could cause a problem (like the old recaptcha) out of the picture. 

Any ideas?

Worked for me:

Joining process has been completed.
E-mail has been successfully sent.
You should receive it within a minute.

However, after it took me to the complete page your block was over top of the About us etc; so a bit of a CSS issue on that page.

Haven't gotten the email so will see if that comes in and let you know.

Yes, the email did come through, it was in my spam directory.  So, appears to be working.

@geek_girl Thank you for your help. I found out that javascript wasn't working on my computer for some reason in all my browsers. Thought it was the site. SOLVED

Also, Opera Mini browser gives this similar problem because it appears Opera mini has not enabled JavaScript by default.Opera Mini usually loads forever and never submits the form
