Join form sections do not show in profile view

Okay, I am at my wits end; having tried everything, so I figured I would post here.  I have my join form split into various sections general, misc, physical stats and then the captcha and terms of service agreement.  They all work fine when you join.

However, when viewing a profile (my own, other members, etc.) the only thing that shows is the general section and headline from misc.. non of the other areas are viewable on the profile even though they are set in each level and portion of profile edit, view, etc.

In profile edit; I see all the data, of course it is condensed to one side of the screen and a little hard to see, but at least it is there.

What am I doing wrong? How can I get (or can I get) those three sections to be viewable in a member's profile so that each has a headline (ie general, misc., physical) without just being all lumped together?

Any help is appreciated!

Thank you!

Jason

Jason,

I think this is what you are looking for. If you want to see all the new fields you enter in one group on the profile page, this is how you would do it.

In profile builder select "View Profile", here you have the option for 3 different members the Admin, Member, and Visitors so if you want the block to show for all 3 you will need to repeat this step in each area. In the first 'Inactive Block' drag the 'New Block' up to a new column and name it what ever you like lets say "Physical". Make sure this block in Blue. Then you want to add all the block that you wish to group below it.

Next you want to go to page builder and select profile, in the inactive blocks area you will see your new block named "Physical". Then clear your cache and see how it looks.

I hope this is what you were looking for, good luck.

Thanks for your reply; I was having a 'out of mind' experience ;) and completely forgot that profile settings appeared under page blocks... so, once I 'remembered' that and set them up in there... it now displays properly.  Dolphin is just a learning curve for me; being familiar with a good deal of other portal solutions.... I am trying to unlearn what I knew and get a good grasp on this.  Thanks for taking the time to help out; I doubt this will be my last cry for help...but I am getting it, slowly perhaps, but at least getting it.
