Join form date of birth errors

Hey, I seem to be having a problem with my join for and any other form that includes date of birth. The calendar pop up has disappeared and its somehow showing a drop down list which has nothing to chooses from.

I messed about with the join form page and changed it to just text input which allows me to write a manual DOB but then it rejects it and says that the minimum age is 18 years. I then changed the minimum age to zero and it still gives the same error.

I just want to the little pop up to come back again. What could of happened to it? 

I am happy to overwrite a file with my back up files but i dont know which one to use?

Any ideas anyone?

I know this was a problem with the calendar mod before but i'm not even using that mod at all, i don't even have the files on the site as they come up too much in google searches.

Did you already try to "Recompile Languages" for all the installed modules? Or use "1" instead of "0" for the minimum ages

I used 0 and not 1, so i will try that too.

I somehow have a feeling that maybe the javascript has been moved or something like that as i was reading about a similar error on the calendars mod...!!!

Ok, I recompiled and changed it to 1 but the date pop up doesnt work but it now allows me to input a date manually in any format and it allows me to register as a new user.

Thats great, THANK YOU. At least im not loosing new members for this. Now i just have to get that calendar going again because i would like to restric the age on the site.

I'm still having trouble with this. Members are able to register but the calendar does not pop up for dob so they have to type it manually. Anyone know how to put it back?

I have also noticed each member is now 2000 years old or more! This needs to be sorted but I dont know how. This is probably what is causing the calendar problem or maybe the other way roundd. I have removed the age from visibility for now so people dont notice!

Any help/ideas really appreciated..just point me in the right direction and i will try and find it myself.
