Join form "contains errors" message

Hi,

I got this message when triying to fill out the Join form but I can find any "errors". Any idea what the problem might be?

Sorry, I meant that I can not find any errors, all fields are all fields are filled in correctly  but the error massage keeps coming.

I've had this happen twice.  First it was a mod that broke it.  The second time it kept saying I was spam, so had to run off the spam settings in the admin settings.
