Join button doesn't work

Hi!

Different people had this problem and have posted messages but i didn't find solutions.

Here's the problem: Whenever a member tries to join, fills the form and clics on "join",.. nothing happens...

No error page, no blank, the page stays still...

An internal server error is being triggered for some reason. Check your error log for the full error message and post it here.

One of your join form fields is triggering a error. Most likely a custom field your added, or one you recently modified.

Most common problems with join forms are modifications made to block specific email addresses.

If we have the url we can submit form watching the submission with the developer tools in firefox and in most cases it will help isolate the error and/or which field is the source of the problem. But without a URL we can only guess.

query_cache_size and thread_cache_size should probably be set to something other than zero

Yes. HL is correct. Your MYSQL server should be optimized. Which are the settings he mentioned.

But to be clear, those FAILS you see in host tools are not the source of your problem.

Ok. A internal server error occurs as soon as the title(Titre) field is filled out on the join form. (In dolphin that field is called the Headline) There is something wrong with that field. You will need to check in the field builders for that field for things that are not proper.

You may need to take screen shots of the fields settings for each tab to show them to us so we can find the problem. If you renamed the system name from the default of Headline to something else, that most likely is the problem. You can change the captions language key value or the descriptions language key value, but not the system name.

Also show a screenshot of the blocks under it. It may not be the correct one. The caption line does not match whats showing on the join form, so maybe not.

Nope, your not understanding.

In the first screen shot you had. http://prntscr.com/58crtu at the top there are 4 tabs. I need to see those sections plus whats under that box after you close it.
