Join Now button does not work

I have tried in IE and Chrome. However, the button still does not work on both browsers. No error notice appears.

my domain hosting technician is correcting the URL to become "http://www.setiajaya.my" instead of "http://setiajaya.my" .

Is there any other possibility why my JOIN NOW button didn't work?
