Join Form, Calendar not working in Chrome

Replicable at http://demo.boonex.com/join.php - Date of Birth field (in join form - but I presume also in edit form), when in Chrome, is simply not opening. It doesn't react to anything. In Firefox or IE, everything works fine. Since it's mandatory field, it stops members from joining (unless it has default value but then members are confused how to edit it properly later, especially if they ONLY use Google Chrome).

I suspect Chrome for this, but would like to know some easy fix, or general simplification of the calendar.

Already covered and fixed. See this topic.

http://www.boonex.com/forums/?action=goto&my_threads=1#topic/Date-of-Birth-field-broken-for-Chrome-v24-in-7-0-9.htm

Here is the ticket.

http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/ticket/2955

Happens in the newer versions of chrome. For example last month when i was running chrome version 23.0.1271.95 m everything was fine. My current version of chrome 24.0.1312.52 m does not work.

So yea. I do blame chrome for it.

Thank you. I was smart enough post-hoc, lol, to find the ticket and solution. However. The changes are for 7.1 and my version is way below and there is no way I can update it all. So, I still don't know how to apply http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/changeset/17368 and jquery.webForms.js, for example, since it differs from my file (a lot). Can I replace it with the 7.1 version or is there a way how to fix Chrome bug in versions below 7.0.7?

I did on my sites and it corrected the problems..

Thank you, it seems replacing the js file with the new one works. What a pleasant surprise. :)

You may want to specify more information such as the fact that your in Thailand and the year is 2556.

Otherwise they are not going to know what to look for.

NOTE: The fix i supplied breaks the capctha which i did not notice.

I will ask a moderator to alter the topic. If you used my fix

If you used my fix, restore the original copy of BxBaseFormView.php and apply the fix provided by boonex instead. http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/ticket/2955

Restoring it is not needed. Just download the new one from the boonex changeset.

EDIT: I supplied the boonex patched files here. http://www.boonex.com/forums/topic/Datepicker-Fix-for-Firefox-19-and-Chrome.htm#198180

You missed my last post.

Anyhow. What version of dolphin? These are for 7.1.0.

If your captcha is working then don't worry about it.

Yup. I have verified the captcha still works on 7.0.9. So that one is fine. It's my 7.1.0 patch that needs to be replaced with the boonex version.
