Issue in Admin Page Builder

For some reason whenever I open my previous thread the forum gives me an error that forum is not available. so I am creating a new thread:

I am having an issue in Admin's Page Builder. The homepage tab does not show any control in any of the blocks e.g. active, inactive etc. So debugged the issue and found out that the issue is in tiny_mce_gzip.php.

The file tiny_mce_gzip.js calls tiny_mce_gzip.php which opens compressed file through php's function file_get_contents. For some reason instead of the reading the file it just reads two or three strange characters.

My guess is that the function is unable to read the js file conatined in compressed file.

Could you please let me know how this issue can be solved.

I am having another problem on home page i.e. the AJAX calls in Boonex News, Forum and Shoutbox are never completed and it only shows the loading gif.

I have hosted the app on godaddy's shared host.

I have tried the suggestion by ChinaJ in http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/topic/Page-Builder-Loading-Stuck.htm

godaddy has php running in CGI mode. Does this make any difference?
