That's CRAZY! There's too many gray areas. I'm a reseller, I buy at auctions, estate sales, garage sales, etc... There is no way they could enforce this. Technically, the Harley Davidson leather jacket I'm selling tonight, I couldn't legally sell. Yeah, HD is American, but the jacket, and most of HD parts, are made overseas.

This will never hold up.
