Is there a Mod? - Profile Fields for Friends Only

I have a squeaky clean site but my members insist on adding stuff that's a bit "R" rated. Rather than ban or stifle them, it would be great if I could create profile fields for them to fill out that only their friends can see. That way, they can virtually say what they like without offending other members. AntonLV has a mod called Profile Fields Privacy, but from what I can gather, the member (not admin) sets the privacy level, plus it seems to be limited to "Me" or "Members" and not "Friends".

I'm looking for a mod that will enable Admin to set the privacy levels for each field or each field block. I can easily set up a block and that suits me fine. Obviously one of the privacy levels must be "Friends Only".

Does anyone know of such a mod?

I've decided that having an entire field block may be better. As I use Expert Kris's Profile Tabs, I could have a special tab that only friends would see.

If it's not possible to do it for friends, I could have two membership levels - General and R Rated if that makes it easier.

Just to clarify things, I realise members can do this by clicking the keys on their profile, but I have this feature turned off. Dolphin favours the member and allows them to make too many drastic changes in my opinion. I don't want members to decide on who sees what, so I'm looking for a fix that allows Admin to decide - not the member.

This functionality was made available with the Block Access Control module which also gives Administrators the option to disable the ability for members to change the Privacy of their Profile blocks.

Yep, I purchased a copy of the mod when it became available and it works great!
