Is it me or

does RC3 seem full of bugs?

RC2 ran like a beauty but I did the stupid thing and updated to RC3. I now have lots of bugs and my site doesn't function.

Thoughts?

RC2 underwent a lot of fixes but the biggest change i think was the upgrade of jquery to the latest version.

As a result, RC3 now needs to be debugged like it's previous versions.

Because of the upgrade to jquery it is now more important then ever before that computers accessing the site be running the latest version of java.

But RC does stand for Release Candidate. It is not the final, thus there are bound to still be problems.

But i do agree, they seem to have gone backwards a bit on the bug problem.

I believe that all this problem may be only because of incorrect upgrades !

It seems many people skip additional instructions, but they are VERY IMPORTANT!

Regarding new version of jQuery - all the things were carefully tested before RC3 to make sure it will not be a huge problems after such update .. fields builders were tested first of all !
