Is anybody else tired of this?

Are you are tired of seeing this, after you have purchased a product?   I sure am.

You should really learn to wait for what you want. I find waiting a week for a download to be the most wonderful experience imaginable.

that's is one of the reason I stop buying mod on the market

don't make any points for you to wait to dowload wat you pay they don't have to wait when you make the pay,ment they get the money on the first day why you have to wait for the developer to give you acces so you can download wat you pay that's ridiculous man

People usually don't have to wait long for me. Depending on time of day the purchase is made.

But i am sick of it. From the other side of course.

It is more the normal response than the other I would say 80% won't downlaod and can take up to a day if not several days to get the mods attention to release the file for downlaod.  It is very annoying and quite time consuming and has been addressed at least 5xs since I have been here.  There should be some kind of script test that should have to be passed or a time frame for the download instead of the miss or hit situation that is currently being used.  For a MOD to be able to be posted in the Market Place it should have to prove the proper codeing is in place.  If the Mod is from another Country there should be time frames for when to expect a reponse from them.  The Mod should have a Country of Origin with the proper time that it is in the Country it originated from if the crossing of the Ocean is an issue for Pay-Pal.

Mod Time Frames:  We work 5 days a week Mon - Friday and do not work weekends.  Monday will be the first chance we can release.  Or we have Smart Phones that allow us to see your order we can and will release the product as soon as we can verify Pay-Pal has received the money.

i think it is not really a problem on boonex...more a problem with the currency settings of the sellers on paypal,

so that the callback doesn´t work correct.

e.g. my main currency on paypal is Euro, but here all is in Dollars....so you got settings on paypal to receive money,

- ask before accept money from a other currency and i also think the setting, don´t accept double payments could make problems if a costumer already bought a product...

- or maby the difference between the main sellers currency and main costumers currency on paypal account

the seller should accept all currencies and double payments....maby then the callback works...

i ask many times for a setup doc about the payment setups for paypal and swreg

I buyed several mods the latest year and had never problems with downloading. After paying I could direct download the mod.  :)

Maby I'am a lucky guy. hahaha

It was seriously disappointing to see that same dreaded screen 12 times in a row.

I DID get QUICK responces from the members!!! So a BIG thanks to anyone who I bought a mod from for getting back to me.

However, dealing with clients is tough because they sign off on things Friday, and I am expected to have them done Monday. When I get responses from people monday morning at 2:45AM saying "you can download now, thank you!" its quite a stressful experience having been ready on Friday evening to work and then have to RUSH monday morning...

lol.

In all the community has been good to me, (perhaps the prime membership helps), but I immediately began to question my 998$ investment, the first thing  I thought of was "great... if this is happening at the boonex.com site, whats going to happen to MY licensed version when MY community begins to complain to ME posting the same screen on OUR forums after making purchases on our site..." I have not tested this yet...
