I have this problem for almost a week now. The instant messenger in My presence doesn't work - it's stuck on "loading".
Before you ask, it's not ad-free, and I do have RMS hosting with Terabyte-hosting (very happy with them), and the A/V chat and the Ray chat work fine. It is only the Instant Messenger in My presence that doesn't work. It doesn't work in IE, it doesn't work in FF. In FF it can actually be seen that it is stuck on "connecting to rms.boonex.com" now why in the world would it be stuck on connecting to rms.boonex.com when it should connect to terabyte-hosting? The settings in the Ray plugin are all correct, the Terabyte people went in and everything seems alright, only the Instant Messenger is not working. At this point, my members are barely logging in anymore, what is a dating site without instant messenger? It's like cutting off more than half the fun!
Any solutions, anyone?
