Installing dolphin 6.1.6

I just uploaded Dolphin 6.1.6, went to the install directory and received this message:

XsltProcessor is Off, you should install XsltProcessor
Please go to the
Dolphin Troubleshooter
and solve the problem.

I clicked on the troubleshooter link but found no mention of XsltProcessor. What do I do? Is this something that needs to be installed or configured in the dolphin package or with the server?

Send the error to your host, it is a server side issue and they need to install XSLT
