Installing Ray as stand-alone

Is there someone who can help me installing the Ray chat as stanalone script, I have tried but it is not working. I would appreciate if one of you could help.

I have been trying to contact Igor but the contact link seems to be not working, it allways gives login popup even after beeing logged in. wierd. what should I do?
