The default cpanel script provided by Boonex to all hosting providers doesn't do root install. We just install the script for our clients at no charge.

Thank you for your reply. If it so, how can I move from directory to root directory? is it just easy to copy and paste to root directory?

"We just install the script for our clients at no charge."

What do you mean by that?

Thank you

You really need to use an ftp client to upload the files.  You can then put the files anywhere you want to.... including the web root directory.  I would never even consider using cpanel.

If you don't already have an ftp client, I could recommend cuteftp.  I'm sure there are others that will work just as well.  You can download a 30 day trial version on their website here

Without using the cpanel script just upload files and proceed the installation.
