Installed and configuring paypal payment error no m directory

After installing the payment module and setting it up, after saving I get this error returned:

Error page not found  at this url..

m/payment/admin/

a ftp check reveals not /m/ directory

m is a permalink for modules/?

So there is no physical m folder. It's a htaccess thing which must be working for permalinks to work.

Have you tested any of the other modules, view profiles, ect.

I just installed and am testing the software prior to purchase to make sure all is well.

I installed payment, membership, ads, simple messenger and page access control, so I have not tested any of the other modules or view profiles...  but looking.

thanks for the connection to the htaccess....   I checked the forum for this and re uploaded the .htaccess file and it is now working.

You server is not doing .htaccess rewrites. Means the host is not meeting the requirements of dolphin or you did not upload the .htaccess file when you uploaded dolphin.

1) Read this. http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/DolTech

2) Make sure the .htaccess from from the dolphin zip archive was uploaded with the reset of the files. You make have to get your computer to show hidden files to see it.

3) Check in dolphin Admin -> Tools -> Host Tools and make sure everything checks out.
