Installation warning/fatal error message

I installed Dolphin the other day with minor issues that I was able to fix.  Now I am trying like crazy to install on a different domain (same hosting plan) and cannot get this file to work properly when I change the permissions (which I can do fine), however, when I click next after I have changed permissions and post permission change I am getting this message in my browser, I am literally about ready to scream!

Warning: require_once(/home/content/j/l/y/jlyskowinski/html/ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/j/l/y/jlyskowinski/html/medbioconnect/inc/header.inc.php on line 173

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/content/j/l/y/jlyskowinski/html/ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/j/l/y/jlyskowinski/html/medbioconnect/inc/header.inc.php on line 173

Can someone PLEASE help me with this issue.  I did not run into this issue the other day when I uploaded to test the software.   Thanks!

Line 173 in header.inc.php calls for:

require_once($dir['root'] . "ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php");

Perhaps the permissions are not set correclty, the header.inc.php file is not setup properly, or the file is not there at all.

Compare this file to the file in the Dolphin you just installed to see if there is any difference of course taking into consideration the different domain name.

Let us know if you need further assistance!

Thanks!

I checked both domains and the permissions are the same, so I cannot figure this out!   Seriously have been working on this all day long!  The files exists and I am not much of an IT person so this is driving me crazy!

What should the permission be, I have 666 for inc/header.inc.php  and 644 for ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php.  Is this correct?

HELP!
