Installation Troubles

Hello everyone,

I am trying to get a Ubuntu-Linux install of Dolphin going, however, when I run the install/index.php, I run into a blank page.

I am able to fill in everything up to the configuration page. But, when I hit the 'Next' button on the configuration page, I get a blank page instead of the expected Cron Jobs page. I have seen several posts about this, but I have not been able to find one that has solved the problem.

I am running PHP, Apache2, Ubuntu.

The script is not displaying any errors, even though E_ALL error logging is enabled in my php.ini file. I've tried removing the install folder, however whenever I do that, the index page says that 'It seems to be script is not installed.'

I would really appreciate any advice anyone has to offer. I feel like I've tried everything.

Thank you,

Charlie

charlie,

would like to take a gander. seems something might be missing or something just might be askew on this install. i have installed this script twice before on a ubuntu os so would like to give it a shot. sent you a mail message as well.
