 Hello, I purchased Dolphin along with the $99 installation service a few days ago. I submitted an installation ticket on 15.11.2010. Today is 18.11.2010 and nothing has been installed, does anyone know how long it takes for Boonex to install this software? Thanks! Mike |

Have you chosen and Agent yet? You can try contacting them or possibly posting a comment in the ticket you created. Im sure someone will be contacting you soon..
My theory has always been to at least try to install the product yourself. Dolphin can be a beast and hard to tame sometimes. Its always best practice to perform all the actions of your site from the beginning so that you become more comfortable with it from the start.
