Installation Problem?

Hi, all - installing the most recent version of Dolphin for the first time (used previous versions), and when I go to the .../install/index.php in my browser, it just starts to attempt to download the file instead of running the install.  Weird (at least for me!) - has anyone else experienced this?  Does it both on Firefox and Safari, and I have everything uploaded to the root directory...

Thanks!

yeah, thanks everyone.  I think I'll take that advice and just take it all down and upload again...

The obvious thing would be do you have PHP installed and working? It acts like it doesn't recognize the .php extension an ddoes not refer it to be processed by php. The default action for an unrecognized extension is to download it.
