Installation Error

Ok, so I have followed all the installation steps, reversed permissions and deleted the /install/ folder.  Then I went to refresh the page and I got this error:

Warning: require_once(/home/.sites/90/site104/web/plugins/Services_JSON.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/.sites/90/site104/web/inc/classes/BxDolProfileFields.php on line 5

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/.sites/90/site104/web/plugins/Services_JSON.php' (include_path='.:/php/includes:/home/solarspeed/php/share/pear') in /home/.sites/90/site104/web/inc/classes/BxDolProfileFields.php on line 5

I am on a shared server.  But my server admin is really nice and personable.  So if it's a setting that need to be changed on the server, he will do it.

But I don't know what to tell him...  Please help!

The error is saying that /web/plugins/Services_JSON.php is not there.

Check your zip file and upload it to that directory.

RB is correct, i have seen this in the past. the file didnt get uploaded during transfer via ftp. i would really just start over. if you want to have your support get the zip file remotely let me know and tell me what version it is, and i will get you a link where your hosting provider can shell into the account and wget the file and unpack it for you. takes all of about 3.7 seconds.

let me know.

i do all of my installs from shell, its just 1000 times faster than tryin to use ftp. also, you can upload the packed files, and if you have cpanel, you can unpack them from your file manager on cpanel.

Thank you both!  You are right, the file was not there.  Not sure how it didn't get uploaded in the first place...  I thought the error meant that I didn't have the BxDolProfileFields file...  duh!!!!  I will start my php class in September.  So hopefully, you will not get anymore stupid questions from me.  Haha! Anyway, truly, thank you!
