In the package of "prime" it is written that boonex will take care of installation. may i know the procedure for this?

To order installation service please, go to your Unity account Prime page - http://www.boonex.com/id/prime where at the right you will see links to download source files and to submit installation request.

Clicking on Redeem Installation Service Ticket please, provide us with all your web server accesses and our techs will install Dolphin asap

There is no response from Boonex in installing Dolphin in my server. Is it a false promise? I have been waiting for the installation since 3 days... Getting vexed out of the delay. Please do the needful Boonex team as soon as possible...
