Install error(step cron job)

I have the follow error on install(step cron job); Error while executing: Deny from allForceType application/x-httpd-php-source

the files are set right permissions

on my Cp are set the

MimeType                                 Extensions

application/x-httpd-php-source    phps

bump; nobody?

problem solve, i have uploaded the files with Windows file system browser and its works. it's strange that's not works with ftp FileZilla?
