Increase Video upload size

HI,

I have looked at all the posts on this on the forum but still need help. I have a shared server with go daddy and they said they could not help... I have access to my php ini file in the root and tried inputting the code I found on the forum and still does not work - is there an .htaccess file I need to revise? I try and download it and cant see it! please help, maybe paste the full php.ini file? pls help if you know..

Even if you change the upload size Godaddy won't run ffmpeg so the videos wont work.. It has been established that Dolphin and Godaddy are NOT friends.

Your provider must allow you to change his server variables to able accept big files.

If your provider don`t allow to upload big files, here not dolphin`s issue :)
