Inactive Profile Fields appear on Edit Profile

I've already submitted a ticket on this.... just looking for confirmation.

Description

I have many fields moved to the inactive items in the fields builder for 'Profile Fields', yet these fields are still displayed when a member opens the profile edit page.

I am not running a match making site so I don't want fields like:

Height: weight: Income: Occupation: Religion: Education: Relationship Status:

It makes my site look like a dating site, and that's the last thing I want. If these fields are inactive, they should be inactive... period.

I played around with mine and they disappear when I take them off.

I'm not talking about the profile page itself... I'm talking about the profile edit page.  The 'inactive' fields are displayed, and shouldn't be.

I understood that you were talking about the profile edit page.  My 'inactive' fields do not display when I take them off.  I tested this with some default fields (income, occupation, and others) and also custom fields I made.  I'm just sayig it works fine for me adn may be something with your setup.

Did you do the changes alexp wrote about to the pedit.php file to update the security thing.  You may be having a security issue.
