 Bonjour à tous! J'ai en ma possession 2 licences marquées "unregistered". J'ai essayé de les réactiver avec mon site, entré la licence lors du premier log in admin, mais rien n'y fait, j'ai toujours la bannière d'activation qui apparaît et sur mon profil, toujours marquées unregistered (j'ai essayé avec les 2). En fouillant dans le forum, j'ai trouvé plusieurs solutions (clear cache etc..) mais aucune fonctionne. Est-ce que quelqu'un d'entre vous a une solution à ceci? Merci pour votre aide! |

Well, I've tried to explain that I had problems with licence activation. I've tried all the tips and tricks I've found on different forums, but nothing worked. My licence remains "unregistered". I've done the clear cache thing, I even have uninstalled the site (not a big deal as it was brand new), dumped the db and restarted from scratch but nothing helpded. I've contacted as well the support team of my hosting company thinking that something was blocking on the server. They came back to me asking what url and which port they should check. Do you have these informations or any helpful trick to make my licence activated? Thank you for your help! |
