Images disappearing from modules

Hello!

I'm using Dolphin 7.0.9. on my web site. Recently the images that where uploaded by users in various modules (Events, Groups, Sites...) started to disappear :(

Where are the images exactly uploaded on the server? What should I also check to find the solution to this image disappearing issue?

Can you PM me your site info FTP and admin username and password. Lets check what happen.

And we will post here if there is a solution so anyone can see used it.

I have discovered that the images are still on the server but somehow they are disappearing  from the database table bx_photos_main

My hosting provider restored the table from a backup I provided and some hours later about 150-200 images of 750 disappeared again :(

Now we have another issue , some language keys disappeared from the database. It seams like the database is disintegrating table by table...

Any ideas on what to check to find the cause of the problem?

Mine started doing that too. My video thumbnails no longer show, and language keeps screwing up.
