Hi Friends,
There's a "Ignore Sender" button in the inbox section when we read a message. Somehow, we clicked that for one of our customer and now we need to undo the action but we don't see any option. As we are worried we will not receive future messages from the customer. Moreover, it would be good to add a alert pop-up to allow the user to confirm such actions.
Does someone know how to undo the actions?
