Idea for new 7.1 mod

First I am sorry if posted this in the wrong place, I am new to this.  For a while I have been thinking of a new mod for 7.1 and now have decided to ask in the open.  Is it possible to create a mod that would simulate a stock system based on your activity in our websites, kinda like http://www.empireavenue.com?  If so, please let me know I am very interested in this.  Thank you in advance.

There are points and credit modules in the market; go take a look at them.

You can check the Points + Rewards mod. It will allow you members to accumulate Points based on their site activity and then those points can be redeemed for Rewards you offer.

Thank you both for your answers.  I already have a point system where members can upgrade membership and buy real things using points at our website.  But I also want to build a stock system based on my members ratings not just a points this would should allow my members with a certain member level to create their own stock symbol and based on their activity on my website their current stock value would go up or down.  is it possible to create something like this if so how much would something like this cost?
