IPhone App

Can someone tell me why we are not able to use the I-phone app to be able to upload video from my I-Phone?  The entire purpose would be to be able to upload pictures which can be done but I ask how hard would it be to be able to turn on the ability to upload video's to my site via my I-Phone?  Can you please tell me why this still cannot be done?  It then forces the very people I want to migrate over to my site to use sites like youtube when they could be using mine..........Can you please just tell me a time line on when this might be possible or is it something i should be looking at doing myself?  Thank you for your time.......I wonder if the guys developing this have I-phones at all BC if they did there would be no issue it already would be done.

They haven't worked on this app since it's released.  Just look at the iphone ticket and issues that are still pending for 6 months now.  And I hear andriod is "coming really soon", so maybe by 2011 they will release it.  They don't seem to have any mobile programmers, don't rely on this platform for mobile integration it simply isn't ready or capable.

That is an enourmous mistake with Apples products availble in almost 90 Countries and growing everyday.  D7 should at least work 100% with the iphone or Ipad.....
