I have used the upgrade patch 7.0.7 to 7.0.8 All automatic processes went through without a hitch, no problems reported on report. As per installation instructions I then cleared the cache, public_cache and tmp folders via FTP leaving the .htaccess file in each folder as instructed. I then tried to log into my sites Admin Panel and got a blank White page with the message, which said "Sorry your IP has been blocked" I contacted my hosting provider TMD Hosting who have been trying to resolve the problem. An URGENT resolution to the problem is needed as I cannot access my site. |
Further to my previous post regarding error message "Sorry your IP has been Banned" My hosting provider TMDHosting.com have been able to resolve the problem. This is what they found: We have managed to unblock the access to your website, without the need to restore it from a backup. Hope this helps anyone else who experiences this problem and hopefully the Boonex Dolphin Team look for a way to resolving this problem so others dont experience 16 hours website downtime.

IP block by IP range was not correctly working in previous versions. So if you added some IP ranges and it was not working, so after upgrading to 7.0.8 it starts working - this is the reason you had such problem. Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms |
I'm having the same issue, except I have never used the IP blocking aspect before 7.0.8. Also clear my cache from the admin screen doesn't seem to really work either. I used the cPanel to ban some IP's and removed those, I also unchecked the "enable CSRF tocken in forms:" so now I'm back to chinese spammers...Lovely |
