IM still not working - who is the creator?

IM is still not working in regular My presence. This is getting really ridiculous, as there doesnt' seem to be anyone from boonex to properly answer the question as in "who created it". I have RMS hosting, my AV chat works fine, the IM doesn't as it wants to connect still to rms.boonex.It's been over a month and still can't get an answer as in how to fix this.

I have worked with joomla before. I can say that boonex is soooooooo far low on the scale of support compared to those guys that it's not even funny.

When one comes out with an open source, they have to be ready to support whomever wants to use and further develop it. IF they want to go forward with it. In a little bit over a month since I've been using the boonex product, all I can see is that it has a lot of problems, but all seem to be fixed ONLY If you pay people on expertzzz. That is pure cheating. Why doesnt' boonex just come upfront and charge for the software and then ensure the technical support? Because they would get in legal trouble for not providing it and it's easier to make money like this?

1.  Are you using Ray Free or Ray Ad-Free?  If you are using the Free version, you need to connect to rms.boonex.com and that server is so busy it is difficult to get it to work correctly.  If you are using Ad-Free then you need the correct licenses and another RMS as you can not connect Ad-Free to the Boonex Servers.  So, if your using Ad-Free then you need to either lease RMS off someone or you need to install your own RMS.

2.  If you would message Lluybov at support@boonex.com and ask politely with the proper credentials, she will most likely either point you in the right direction or maybe even fix it for you real quick.  I have asked for and received help on Ray items many times from Boonex as the Ray widgets in 6.1.4 do not come with source files and can be very finicky concerning settings and such.

Just remember, ask politely, don't give a huge dialogue and remember to say Thank You.  Also note, they will often give you a link to how the solution can be fixed, read the information carefully and follow the instructions as they have them.  If you don't understand then don't touch and ask for clarification before you create a bigger mess.
