IM offline!

hi guys there is any seatings for IM, my im is very slow ang the person is offline, i can see his profile is online

when i clik send IM message his offline...??  im using RMS .. everything is working

it is not IM problem.

After member closes his page - he will be logged in for some time.

You can set this period in admin area >> Settings >> Advanced settings

Time period in minutes within which a member is considered to be online
