 I paid for ADFREE Ray/Dolphin the IM option that is bundled with Presence which i have paid for is not working!! it says unregistered i have sent emails to support over a week ago and NO REPLY AT ALL other than the standard auto email that someone will get back to me. WTF??!?! has anyone else had this issue?? |

this is not working for me. did you get a seperate IM code when you bought the ADFREE web presence? I did not. |
Open the folder ray/modules/presence/xml Delete the files there and upload again from new pack. Then goto admin and register it. Then clear the cache of your browser. ---- |
Yes, in your licenses manager, there are separate keys for free and adfree widgets. Are you sure you have installed the adfree widget ? This is how I did : 1/ Disable Free IM 2/ Delete IM directory in ray/modules / on my server 3/ Delete all IM free tables in my database 4/ Clear my cache 5/ Download the whole Ray Adfree package 6/ Upload ONLY the AdFree IM in ray/modules from disk to your server 7/ In admin panel, install the IM (you have to CHMOD some files/dir during this operation) 8/ Copy/paste you ad-free license key 9/ Delete INSTALL directory in ray/modules/im Worked for me. I have some others problems with IM (users appear always offline) but licensing is OK. Rayz expertz said me a patch will be release for my problem this week. Good luck ! |
no it was a clean ADFREE install of dolphin with 3.5ray. I think it was me miss reading the unity website when i paid for the key codes: ....................... i now understand... boonex calls the im system "MESSENGER" in ray .. but calls it Ray Audio/Video Messenger in the unity shopping cart. i thought they were 2 different apps. all is working now that bought a new RAY AUDIO/VIDEO MESSENGER key. thank you for all your help guys! |
